Williamsburg to host U10 Babe Ruth of Va. championships

This week, the Colonial Capital will serve as the backdrop for the Babe Ruth Leagues or Virginia baseball tournament. Williamsburg Revolution’s are one of nine teams slated to participate in this double-elimination tournament, which starts Thursday afternoon. The Revolution, Williamsburg Youth Baseball League’s will open the tournament with a showdown against District 2 champion Halifax County on Thursday, July 11 at 2:30 p.m. on Field 4.

The Babe Ruth Leagues of Virginia 10-year old state tournament will be held July 11-15 at Warhill District Park
